MSPT Terms and Conditions

Being a public service, it is no surprise that MSPT falls under some terms and conditions for its use. But instead of the usual volume of legalese (which I very well could write, and have done in the past), I will just make it boil down to the following terms:

1. Neither Dan, the contributors to this site, the users of this site, nor anyone but yourself, are to be responsible for your actions. If you fuck up, deal with it yourself instead of playing the blame game. This is a full invalidation of any perceived liability, be it expressed or implied. You use this site at your own risk. If your house falls victim to a deadly explosion after using this site, it's not my problem. I think you get the point.
2. As an extension, nobody who runs this site (i.e. Dan) is to be responsible for their actions. You are fully aware of any risks that are associated with the use of this site, so if I suddenly change the front page to display goat porn and you subsequently end up paying thousands of dollars in psychological evaluation and care, it's not my problem. As a rule, I probably won't do anything like that, but if I do, realise that it's my prerogative.
3. The right is reserved to terminate your account or otherwise revoke and/or prohibit your access to this site at any time for any reason whatsoever. Again, we are not responsible for any anguish, loss, damage, or death this causes.
4. Don't be an asshole. This should cover everything, but if it doesn't, you have the above paragraphs for reference.

I think that covers everything. If it doesn't, just remember: you can't sue me. Period. If you still would like to be able to sue me, stop using this site now. Meaning: your use of this site fully acknowledges that you are aware of and agree with the preceding terms and conditions. If not, leave.

Also, a statement about privacy: any information you provide is kept strictly confidential, and we generally only collect information that is vital to the use of this site. Your email address, in a worst case scenario, will only be used to send messages pertaining directly to MSPT and its continued use (like important notices, etc). Believe me, I hate it when people whore out my email address and personal info just as much as you do.
